I can provide parking for one car which is residential on street parking . However Betty the campervan company cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused during the hire period. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk.

Yes , however we will require some more details from you.

Of course you can  bring your best friend, however ideally they need to be small -medium size and there is an additional charge £20.00, for the duration of the hire.

Nope. Betty comes fitted with a diesel heater and black out window curtains throughout. The campervan also comes with a thermal windscreen cover and front side doors for warmth and privacy.

No! You can explore and travel till your hearts content. 

The hire price includes fully comprehensive insurance for one named driver , between the ages of 25-75, with unlimited mileage and breakdown cover.

The excess is covered by the security deposit, which is £750 for drivers over 25 years old. 

This security deposit needs to be paid a minimum of 7 days before your collection day but is fully refundable within 10 days of return, if the campervan is returned in the same condition it was found on collection day. 

The insurance does not cover personal belongings.

You can collect the campervan on your day of collection from 2pm unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Please allow 35-45 mins for us to complete the handover process as we need to run through some essential information with you.

On your day of return, the campervan must arrive back no later that 11am. 

We are happy to discuss other times if we have the availability, we will always try to accommodate requests where possible.  

. Must meet the specified age limit of 25-75 years and have a minimum of 2 years on a Full UK driving License. 

. Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable. Single convictions totalling 6 points + will require a referral with the insurance company, 

. No more than one fault/outstanding incident/claim in the last 3 years. 

. Cancellations 30 days or more prior before collection dates will result in the loss of the holding deposit. 

. Cancellation of booking within 29 days will result in a 100% cancellation fee. 

. We do advise hirers to obtain their own holiday insurance to safeguard against such eventualities. 

. Fully comprehensive insurance for the first named driver

. A full tank of diesel , but we ask that you also return the van with the same amount of diesel or we will need to charge

. A pop-up tent tent used for extra storage or muddy/sandy shoes.

. Yes we are able to loan out the following for an additional cost to make your hire more comfortable and enjoyable. 

. Air awning for additional living space or sleeping area- this is a drive away awning which attaches to the campervan - £50 

. We have two Paddle boards available to hire for a fee of £50 each. As well as 1x adult life jacket and 2x children's life jackets 

. Outdoor camping table £10

. Adult camping chairs £5.00 Children's camping chairs £3.00

. Wind break and mallet £10.00

Additional drivers - this allows you to share the driving and get in on the action £30.00 same insurance checks apply.
